Dead by Daylight Mobile Nights of Terror was an international event that found teams from across the globe competing for their chance of taking home thousands of dollars in cash and in-game prizes. The game developer, NetEase, wanted to host this event for the release of the mobile title to drive people to download and play the mobile version of the popular title Dead by Daylight.
I was contracted to be the production lead for this project. I needed to make sure the live show for the six-day event was properly executed to the liking of the NetEase shareholders. I worked closely with staff members from NetEase to create the assets and overall run of show for the event, making sure all game IP and advertisements were used correctly to their representatives' liking. I also led the team of workers who executed the live show on the days of the event, which included the contracted on-air talent that flew in to capture in-person commentary.

Calling All Heroes is an inclusivity initiative from Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard esports title Overwatch 2. The goal of Calling All Heroes is to create a safe space for people of marginalized genders to compete at a high level. Calling All Heroes was one of the first successful tournaments led by a major publisher to give an underrepresented group a platform to compete at the highest level.

I acted as the Technical Director and Producer for the show throughout the two weekends of competition. I worked with full-time staff at Activision Blizzard to make sure that the show hit all necessary marks, including content satisfaction, ad placement/reads, and overall quality standards.
Boost on the Beach is an annual collegiate Rocket League invitational that is contracted by the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce to Syracuse University and Shenandoah University. The goal of the event is to use esports as a catalyst to drive tourism in the Myrtle Beach area. This year, the project brought over 30 students to work in all areas of the event and 12 different universities to compete in a two-day tournament. Boost on the Beach won “Event of the Year” from the National Association of Collegiate Esports in 2023, was a finalist for “Event of the Year” from the Scholars Awards in 2023, and is a finalist for “Event of the Year” this year from the National Association of Collegiate Esports.

My role for the tournament was to be the overall creative leader for the second year in a row. My responsibilities included managing the official social media account, creation of all graphics and video content (used in both the live show and on social media), and being the producer during the show on the days of the event. I decided how the project should be run from beginning to end in line with the other leaders of the project.
